This study aims to determine and analyze the leg muscle power levels of Madiun City powerlifting athletes in 2026. The study employs a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population consists of 10 Madiun City powerlifting athletes. A total sampling technique was used, meaning the entire population served as the research sample. The Vertical Jump Test (Sargent Jump Test) was used to measure the athletes' vertical jump height. The jump results were then converted into Joules using the potential energy formula based on body mass, gravitational acceleration, and jump height. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, including the mean, standard deviation, variance, minimum value, and maximum value. The results show that the vertical jump measurements yielded a mean of 51.20 cm, a standard deviation of 18.12, a variance of 328.40, a minimum value of 7 cm, and a maximum value of 61 cm. After conversion to Joules, the muscle power values showed a mean of 591.25 Joules, a standard deviation of 233.30 Joules, a variance of 54,427.97, a minimum value of 77 Joules, and a maximum value of 777 Joules. These results indicate significant variation in leg muscle power capabilities among the Madiun City powerlifting athletes. The athlete with the highest power value reached 777.36 Joules, while the lowest value was 77.30 Joules. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the muscle power of Madiun City powerlifting athletes falls into varied categories. This variation in ability highlights the need for periodic physical condition assessments to serve as a basis for designing more specific training programs aimed at enhancing explosive muscle power and supporting improved athletic performance
